How Triage stores, uses, and deletes your information.
Where your data lives
Your aged debtors data is stored in a local SQLite database on the server running Triage. It is never shared with third parties.
How AI analysis works
Each morning, Triage sends your customer data to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. Your financial data is used only to generate the briefing and is not stored by Anthropic.
Deleting your data
To delete all your data, contact privacy@usetriage.io. We will remove all customer records, invoices, communications, and run history within 24 hours.
